The event was held for the first time in Kumanovo, organized by the Regional Chamber of Crafts in partnership with the Foundation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises Kumanovo and with the support of the municipality of Kumanovo. Shoemakers, tanners, beekeepers, carvers, tailors, butchers, beauticians, hairdressers were part of the exhibitors at the fair. As the organizers said, the fair will be traditional and will be organized in the Kumanovo sports hall so that there would be more space for businessmen.
Dimitar Tashevski from the Foundation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises said that for the first time such an event is being organized, which is of great importance both for the municipality and for the entrepreneurs.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are a significant driver in the area of economic development and are a relevant link in the creation of the gross domestic product in our country. Craftsmen today at the fair base their promotion on the quality of the products they work on and sell. Such manifestations are important for mutual communication and exchange of experience. In the future, we plan to hold a franchise fair, Tashevski said.
